- Drink some tea.
- Call a friend you have not spoken to in a while.
- Go for a walk.
- Put some music, sing, and dance like you’re 5 years old.
- Buy some ice cream, sit on a bench, and people watch.
- Learn a new language.
- Volunteer at an elderly home.
- Eat some cake.
- Play with a pet.
- Tell yourself, out loud, that you are worth it, and that you can do anything you want.
